We can rent your Property for you! We have a continual list of clients looking for properties to Rent for Long & Short term periods.
You can E-Mail us your property details or we can arrange to meet you at your property to discuss the terms and details Etc.
Our Service:
We include: 1 Full advertising page Plus a Banner on our Properties for Rent listings page. (to include photographs).
To advertise your property on this website is Free, We find prospective tenants, prepare rental agreements, collect the deposits deduct our commission and pay the balances to the Owner�s account or other.
For this type of service our charge is 10 percent of the tenant�s total rent.
Our commission only applies if we find the tenant for you!
"Simple"
1: We advertise your property for FREE!
2: We find Renters for you!
3: We confirm with you before making the booking.
4: We deal with the booking and invoice your Renter.
5: We collect a deposit of 50% from your Renter.
6: We deduct our 10% of the total rent amount from the deposit.
7: We pay the balance to you!
8: We E-Mail you the Renters booking form, and commission receipt.
9: We keep you informed of all correspondence.
Please Note: We are not involved with Property Management, the owner or owner�s representative is responsible for any maintenance, cleaning, laundry and daily issues involved with renting the property Etc. However we do offer a limited service.
Limited Property Management:
1: To meet and check-in Renters on arrival, collect the rental balance and take an electric meter reading.
2: To meet and check-out Renters on departure and take an electric meter reading.
3: To calculate the electric usage (at 5 bahts per kilowatt) and deposit the rental balance and electric monies to your Thai bank account.
4: Property inspection on departure, we will have a general look around your property to check for any damages on your behalf etc, if any damages we will endeavor to collect an estimated fee from the Renter, however we do not hold any responsibilities. This is the owners risk when offering a property for rent.
For this service our charge is 1,500 Baht, Per Rental.
